Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare for Pickup
Ensure the massage chair is placed back in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories included to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Freight Collection
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with a specialized white-glove freight carrier to pick up the unit directly from your home at a scheduled time.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned chair for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
